How do I use the Scorebook Feature?

Overview:

The Scorebook feature is a valuable tool to streamline how educators monitor student performance and lead progress within Subject. It provides a centralized and efficient way to track student scores and submissions with the ability to modify course features. This article will guide you through the functionality and key features of the Scorebook to help leverage this tool effectively.


How To:

  • Navigate Scorebook

    1. To access Scorebook from the Educator Portal > press the Scorebook tab on the left side of the page and select a Section.

    2. To filter which students are displayed > press the course dropdown to select a course > then press the student(s) dropdown to select all, one, or multiple students.

    3. Press the Jump to a topic... dropdown to navigate directly to a specific topic.

    4. Access student enrollment page by pressing their name.

  • Monitor progress

    1. Follow instruction for Navigate Scorebook > view scores for select student(s) or an entire section.


  • Add attempts

    1. Navigate to desired Course, Student, and Assignment > press the box displaying the score > press Update attempts.

  • Update scores

    1. Navigate to desired Course, Student, and Assignment > press the box displaying the score > press Update score.


  • Undo topic bypass

    1. To open a topic's assignment(s) and quiz for completion and not count the Diagnostic > press the topic's Diagnostic score box > press Undo topic bypass > press Yes, open topic

  • Blocked Assignments

    • Directs to the enrollments table.
