As the teacher of record for the student’s course, you are able to make a final decision regarding whether or not the student has successfully completed the course. This article will guide you on how to mark a student's course as complete.

1. Navigate to the Performance Page

  • From the main menu, select "Performance."

  • Choose the relevant section under "All Sections."

2. Select the Student's Course

  • Click on the course name to access the student's performance overview.

  • Review the "Attempted Score" and "Progress" columns to assess the student's completion status.

3. Review Student's Assignments

  • If you wish to review the student's performance in individual assignments before marking the course complete, click on the specific topic to view their scores.

4. Mark Course as Complete

  • Once you are ready to mark the course complete, go back to the "Overview" tab.

  • Click on the three dots next to the course name.

  • Select "Mark as complete" from the dropdown menu.

5. Confirm Completion

  • A confirmation window will appear asking you to confirm that you want to mark the course complete.

  • Click "Mark Complete."

Important Note: Marking a course as complete is irreversible. The course will be in a "read-only" state for both you and the student after completion.

The course status will now change to "COMPLETED," and the student will no longer be able to make changes to their work. You and the student will still be able to view the course content and scores.
