The Student Homepage has been redesigned! Students will now experience a brand new, modern, and visually appealing homepage when they log into their Subject portal.

The new homepage brings several exciting features while maintaining all the classic Subject functionality students are used to.

Course cards have a fresh new look. Each card now features a cinematic course preview, a progress bar showing how far along a student is, and their current score in the course. Students can click directly into a card to pick up right where they left off.

Students can now build a streak by spending at least 10 minutes doing work in Subject each day. Every day they hit that goal, they earn a streak badge for that day. Streaks are a fun way to build a consistent study habit. Aim for a full week!

The To-Do List is now front and center on the homepage so students always know what to tackle next. Clicking the Weekly To-Do List will take the student to a flyaway that lists all of their courses. Students can view all assignments due that week across all of their courses at once, or filter down to a specific course by clicking on that specific course. Clicking any assignment goes straight to it.

Students can now personalize their homepage by choosing a color theme from their profile dropdown. Four color options are available: Blue, Green, Yellow, and Purple. The selected theme applies to all primary colors on the homepage. Themes work in both light and dark mode.
