Introducing the Viewer Role (Read-Only Access)
The new Viewer role provides read-only, school-wide visibility into student progress and course data, without granting any ability to modify settings, scores, or enrollments. This role was created to support counselors, aides, paraprofessionals, and district-level staff who need to monitor student progress but should not have editing permissions.
