If you're having technical difficulties using Subject, please reach out to us using one of the following methods:

1. Live Chat

Chat with a team member live by clicking on the message icon in the bottom right of your screen. We are available Monday through Friday 6am to 6pm PST.

Depending on the page, the message icon will either be a text image, or a pencil icon. You will be able to access the help line through either method.

2. Email

Email us at [email protected]. A Subject team member will be in touch to help you resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Additional Tips

Include as much information as possible

Please be sure to include your name, school, and email as well as what you are experiencing. The more specific you are, the easier it'll be for the support staff to diagnose the issue. Screenshots and providing your device and browser information are helpful!

Our live support is available from 6am - 6pm Pacific Standard Time, Mon - Fri. If you encounter an issue outside of those hours, we will get back to you the following business day.
