How can I bulk assign users to sections?

Step-by-Step Walkthrough

1) Log in

Log into the Educator Portal.

2) Roster

Go to Roster in the Educator Portal. Make sure All sections is selected in the sections dropdown.

3) Choose Users

Select the checkboxes next to the users that you want to assign to the same section. You can also choose the Select All checkbox at the top. Once at least one user is selected, you will see the option to assign all selected users to a section of your choice. Select a section and click Assign.

If you don't have a section set up already, please take a look at this guide on how to create a section.

4) Click Assign

Select your section in the dropdown and click the blue Assign button. You'll get the following pop up asking you to confirm.

5) Next Steps

You should now see the selected students on your section on Roster. You'll now be able to see section analytics and enroll students courses.
