Video Walkthrough:
Between lesson videos, assignments, and printable materials, it's not always obvious where a specific piece of course content lives. This article walks through where to find the most commonly requested resources — syllabi, reading documents, graphic organizers, Guided Notes, and answer keys — right from your Educator Portal.
Quick Reference
Resource | Where to find it |
Syllabus | Courses page (or Learner View) |
Reading documents, graphic organizers, worksheets | Courses page |
Blank Guided Notes (to preview or print ahead of class) | Courses page |
Completed/submitted Guided Notes | Scorebook |
Answer keys | Scorebook |
Start Here: The Courses Page
For most course materials, the Courses page is the fastest place to look. It's a read-only content library in the Educator Portal that shows every course your school or district has access to — you can browse it without enrolling yourself or affecting any students.
How to get there:
Log in to the Educator Portal.
In the left sidebar, click Courses.
Find your course using search, or filter by subject, level, or language.
Click into the course to see its full outline of chapters and lessons.
How to download a resource once you're in a course:
Click any lesson in the outline to open the Lesson Details drawer.
If that lesson has downloadable resources — reading documents, graphic organizers, worksheets, or other PDFs — they'll appear right in the drawer.
Click the resource to download it.
You can also click Preview from the Lesson Details drawer to open the full lesson in a modal. This shows you exactly what students see, including the video, assignment questions, and Guided Notes for that lesson — plus the answer key.
Finding the Course Syllabus
The syllabus lives at the start of each course. You can find it two ways:
Courses page (recommended): Open the course from Courses and look for the syllabus at the beginning of the course outline, the same way you'd find any other lesson.
Guided Notes
Guided Notes are fillable documents tied to video lessons — as students watch, they fill in blanks and cues to guide their note-taking. There are two different things you might be looking for here:
Courses Page (to preview what's coming up, or print ahead of class): open the lesson from the Courses page and click Preview. You'll see the Guided Notes exactly as a student would. You can decide to print out the Guided Notes blank or with the correct answers pre filled.
Scorebook: You can also print Guided Notes (Blank or with answers) from Scorebook. Navigate to Scorebook and use the Download button once you've selected the right section and course.
What your students have actually filled in and submitted: go to Scorebook in the left sidebar, select the relevant section and course, and open the student's Guided Notes from there by clicking into the actual assignment cell. You'll be able to see and print the Guided Notes blank, with answers, or the student's actual responses.
Answer Keys
Answer keys for assignments are also found in Scorebook:
Navigate to the Scorebook tab in the left sidebar.
If prompted, select the section that contains the course you're looking for.
Use the course dropdown to find your course, then scroll to locate the assignment.
Click the assignment name to open its answer key. From there, you can view the correct answers or print the key.
