The best way to pull student performance data from Subject is through the Performance tab. From there, you can download your data as a spreadsheet, which you can use to spot trends or build your own reports.

What data does this report include?

Once exported, your report will include the following columns:

  • School

  • Section

  • Student Name and Email

  • Course Name

  • Last Active Date

  • Progress percentage

  • All 3 Score calculations

  • Any Alerts (Low Score, Inactive, Speeding)

  • Status (Active, Completed, etc.)

  • Completed Date

How do I find this data?

  1. Navigate to Performance. If you're an admin and want data across all sections, make sure All Sections is selected first. If you only need data for one section, select that Section before navigating to Performance.

  2. Use the filters to build the exact dataset you want. You can filter by student, course, active vs. completed enrollments, and alert type.

  3. Once your filters are set, click the download button in the top right of the table. You'll receive a spreadsheet with data matching your selected filters.

From there, you can open and work with the spreadsheet on your own device.

I need a list of scores my student received on their coursework. Where can I find that?

  1. Use Scorebook. Once you select your section and course, you'll see every student enrolled in that course.

  2. Click the Download button at the top of the Scorebook and choose Download Scores as CSV. This gives you a CSV of every student's scores in that Scorebook, ready to use in your own system.
