Exploring Your Courses Page

The Courses Page gives teachers and admins a dedicated place to browse, preview, and explore all courses available to their school or district — directly from the Educator Portal.

Use Courses to review course content, watch videos, and download resources without having to enroll yourself or students in courses.

What is the Courses Page?

The Courses Page is a read-only content library in the Educator Portal. It shows every course your school or district has access to on Subject, organized by subject area.

From the Courses page, you can:

  • Browse all available courses filtered by subject, level, or language

  • View a full course outline including every chapter and lesson

  • Preview lessons exactly as students will see them

  • Download lesson resources like PDFs and worksheets

  • See a summary of a course's total lessons, assignments, and videos

Who can access the Courses Page?

Teachers and Admins can browse all courses available to them.

How to access the Courses Page?

  1. Log in to the Educator Portal

  2. In the left sidebar, click Courses

  3. You'll land on a table of all courses available to you, grouped by subject

How to find a course

From the Course Catalog page, you can narrow down the list using:

  • Search — type a course name to filter results

  • Subject — filter by subject area (Math, Science, ELA, etc.)

  • Level — filter by education level

  • Language — filter by course language

Click any row to open that course's detail page.

How to explore a course

Once you open a course, you'll see:

  • Course header — course title, subject, and instructor name

  • Course details bar — a summary of total lessons, assignments, and videos

  • Course outline — every chapter and lesson, organized in order

From here you can search within the course or filter lessons by type or point value to find specific content quickly.

  1. Open a course

  2. Click any lesson in the outline to open the Lesson Details drawer

FAQs

Can students see the Courses page? No. Courses is only available in the Educator Portal and is not visible to students.

Will anything I do in the page affect my students? No. It is completely read-only. Browsing, previewing lessons, and downloading resources has no effect on student grades, progress, or course assignments.

Why is a course I expected to see not showing up? The page only shows courses that have been made available to your school or district. If you believe a course is missing, contact your admin or Customer Success Manager.

Can I enroll students from the Courses page? No. If your integration type allows, to enroll students in a course, go to your section's Roster tab or the student's Individual Learner page. If your school runs a full integration, you must enroll from your SIS.

Can I preview a lesson without a student account? Yes. The Lesson Preview modal shows the full lesson experience — video, assignment, or reading — without needing to be logged in as a student.
