How can Teachers or Admins send a password reset link?

  1. Navigate to the Roster Tab in the Educator Portal

2. Find the student you need to send a password reset link to, and click their name to bring up the student's profile. In this example, we'll use our Demo Account student profile.

3. Now that you are in their profile, click the Account Overview tab to bring up the students account information, which will include a Password section. On that section, you can find the Reset button. Press the Reset button to bring up the Send Invite window.

4. To send the invite, just click the "Send reset link" button. This will email your student a password reset link with instructions on how to reset their password.

If your student does not receive the email:

This is most likely a whitelisting issue at the district level, preventing the email from being sent to your student. Our Subject team can help you reset your student's password if you run into this issue - simply email [email protected] or use our Live Chat feature to reach the support team.
