How do I report a curriculum error/glitch?

Here's what to do if you run into a curriculum error or glitch with our platform.

To report a curriculum error or glitch, use the dark blue chat icon on your Subject portal or email [email protected] with the following details:

• Your name

• Your school email

• The course name

• Assignment and question number

• A screenshot of the error

Our academic team will review your report and respond as soon as possible.

Support hours: 6am - 6pm, Monday - Thursday and 9am - 5pm PST on Fridays. Messages sent outside these hours receive responses the next business day.

Note that curriculum fixes may take time to implement and go live, but we'll follow up when the issue is resolved!
