Either way, please include:
The course name
Assignment and question number
A screenshot of the error
Our academic team will review your report and respond as soon as possible.
Support hours: 6am - 6pm PST, Monday - Friday. Messages sent outside these hours receive responses the next business day.
Note that curriculum fixes may take time to implement and go live, but we'll follow up when the issue is resolved!
