Subject Support Chat
The Subject Support Chat is your direct line to quick assistance. Teachers can use the chat to get help with day-to-day questions, troubleshoot issues, or request support for their classrooms.
Availability: Our support chat is available 24/7, so you can reach out anytime. Live agents are available from 6am - 6pm PST, Monday - Friday. Outside of our live support hours, our AI assistant can help you troubleshoot or collect information that the team will pick up as soon as they are back online.
AI Assistance: An AI assistant will often be your first point of contact, helping with common questions and directing you to relevant resources. If your request needs more attention, our team will step in to assist.
Types of Requests: You can use chat for platform troubleshooting, student enrollment or pacing questions, curriculum or course content issues, and general platform guidance.
Whether it’s a quick “how-to” or a deeper request, the chat ensures you get timely support without leaving the platform.
How can I access the chat?
The Live Chat has moved! In your Educator Portal, click your menu button in the top right hand corner of your screen.
A dropdown will appear with several options to choose from - select "Get Help with Live Chat". Our Live chat will open in a new window, keeping your Home Screen open while you chat with our support team.
How can my students access the chat?
Students can access the chat just like teachers, but through their Learner Portal. Simply have them click their Menu icon in the top-right corner of their screen, and select Get Help with Live Chat.
