1) Chat Icon
Click the chat icon at the bottom right of your screen. You'll be able to access this chat from any Subject page.
2) Chat Pop-Up
Clicking on the chat icon will open a pop-up. Getting to HW Helper is easy; first, select that you are a student, then select "I want to chat to a tutor".

3) Complete Form
Lastly, fill out a few questions to help our tutors understand where you're stuck. You'll need to fill out the Course Name, Student Name, and Email.
4) Send
That's it! As soon as you click Send, we'll work to connect you with a tutor. You should receive help over live chat and email shortly!
